1. **Start Your Order:** Begin by adding the Custom Tapestry product to your cart. This will include a $20 deposit to initiate the customization process.

2. **Describe Your Vision:** During checkout, you'll see a section for notes or special instructions. Here, provide a brief description of the custom design you have in mind. Be as detailed as possible to help us understand your vision.

3. **We'll Reach Out:** After your order is placed, a member of the Groovy Gallery team will contact you via the email address provided during checkout. We'll discuss your design in more detail and request any image files or additional information needed to bring your vision to life.

4. **Finalize the Design and Price:** Once we have a clear understanding of your design, we'll work on a mock-up for your approval. The final price of your custom tapestry will be determined based on the complexity of the design. We'll communicate this to you before proceeding with the creation of your tapestry.

5. **Creation and Delivery:** After you approve the design and the final price, we'll proceed with creating your custom tapestry. We'll keep you updated on the progress and provide a delivery estimate.

Please note that the $20 deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from the final price of your custom tapestry. We're excited to work with you to create a unique piece that sparks joy!

You can return most items for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs may apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.

Items with Class: Custom Printed are made to order and cannot be returned
